Cornelia Ritz Bossicard

Cornelia Ritz Bossicard is a certified public accountant, US Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne.

Cornelia Ritz Bossicard is the founder and Managing Partner of 2bridge AG and has many years of extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors, including as Chairman and member of committees (audit, nomination, remuneration). She is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of IVF HARTMANN, a member of the ETH Board, a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and a member of the Board of Directors of Confiseur Läderach and Ferguson Finance (Schweiz) AG.

Cornelia Ritz Bossicard also publishes and teaches in the areas of corporate governance, strategy, transformation, leadership and finance.
