Among other things, it is responsible for the selection of the members and the president of the Commission.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">In the composition of the Commission, the Board ensures that balanced consideration is given to different interest groups. These include producers, auditors, addressees, consultants, policymakers, administrators, standard-setters, supervisory authorities and other interested parties.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">The Board shall consist of at least three members. It constitutes itself and may co-opt additional members.
